Position Summary

ECS is seeking a Requirements Analyst - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program by contributing to the development and maintenance of critical enterprise application requirements. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both functional and non-functional requirements are accurately captured, documented, and aligned with the mission objectives. This position is integral to the success of the broader enterprise program, providing essential support in refining backlogs, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating that delivered capabilities meet approved business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Conduct change impact analysis to assess the implications of proposed modifications on existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support backlog refinement activities to prioritize and organize tasks effectively within Agile or DevSecOps frameworks.
  • Coordinate with development and testing teams to validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements.
  • Maintain traceability artifacts to ensure all requirements are tracked and managed throughout the project.
  • Facilitate validation activities to confirm that delivered capabilities align with mission objectives.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 641-Systems Requirements Planner at the Basic proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CND
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and traceability within DoD or Federal IT environments.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining requirements and user stories for enterprise system initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with stakeholders and support validation activities in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
