Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development and architect experience
• Proficient in IBM ODM, RedHat Decision Manager, Drools, Java, and Spring Boot
• Expertise in designing and coding business rules systems
• Hands-on knowledge of Drools Guvnor and RedHat Decision Central
• Experienced in continuous integration environments
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business rules systems using ODM Rules and Drools
• Develop and maintain rule engines and complex event processing solutions
• Author and manage rules, guided decision tables, and rule flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions
• Test and validate rule implementations for accuracy and performance
• Identify and resolve challenges during the implementation process
• Manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
