Full Job Description
The SEWP VI Administrator will report directly to SGT Contracts leadership. This individual is responsible for the day to day administration, governance, and operational execution of Siemens Government Technologies' NASA SEWP VI contract.

The role manages SEWP workflows, maintains contract documentation, ensures compliance with NASA SEWP policies and Federal Acquisition Regulations, and serves as the primary operational interface with Siemens Industry, federal customers, and the NASA SEWP Program Office.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, self directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced federal contracting environment.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain SEWP VI contract files, catalogs, pricing tables, product lists, and required documentation.
• Perform SEWP contract administration, including review of incoming RFQs, timely submission of deliverables, and execution of task order workflows in accordance with corporate policies and SEWP requirements.
• Monitor SEWP portals for RFQs, catalog updates, vehicle modifications, and program office announcements.
• Serve as SGT's internal owner of SEWP VI operational activities.
• Coordinate quote development with Siemens Industry product owners, proposal teams, and distributors.
• Request and validate vendor/manufacturer special pricing as needed; maintain complete audit ready justification files.
• Verify product availability, lead times, configurations, CLIN/SKU accuracy, and compliance before submission.
• Review pricing and margins for compliance with SGT and Siemens governance requirements.
• Track, assemble, validate, and submit complete proposal packages within SEWP timelines.
• Stay current on SEWP policies, ordering procedures, rule interpretations, and vehicle changes.
• Support Federal Account Executives and Business Development teams by providing SEWP insights, identifying opportunities, and coordinating customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with federal contracting offices and the NASA SEWP Program Office on operational issues, system troubleshooting, and policy clarifications.
• Coordinate technical or engineering resources from Siemens when required for complex configurations.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and analytics on order volume, win rates, pricing approvals, turnaround time, and revenue realization.
• Conduct periodic internal audits of SEWP VI processes and catalog accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external program team members and direct supervisors.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in Federal Government contract administration, preferably within GWACs or NASA SEWP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Polished written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and federal customers.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic contracting environment.
• Skilled in standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and ability to adapt quickly to new tools, including SEWP QRT, catalog systems, and pricing portals.
• Ability to coordinate activities across cross functional Siemens and SGT teams.

Travel:
• No more than 10% travel annually within DC area

Security Clearance:
• Candidate must be a United States Citizen with no dual citizenship and have the ability to obtain and/or maintain a U.S. Federal Secret Security Clearance.

The pay range for this position is $91,086.00 - $123,318.00 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
