Processes and analyzes employee information by using Human Resources Information Systems (Workday). Designs, implements, and analyzes reports to determine the overall trends of the organization in at least two functional areas. Ensures systems integration and upgrades by collaborating and communicating with other colleagues and business SMEs. Significantly contributes to complex aspects of projects.
- Ensures the integrity of HR data and accurate/optimal use of the HRIS system (Workday) ensuring all deliverables are achieved in a timely/accurate manner.
- Leads issues resolution and response coordination during unplanned adverse events involving technology and process.
- Leads projects in related functional areas of Workday by preparing project plans, gaining SME support and providing market-based configuration recommendations.
- Ensures changes to systems are developed, configured and tested in non-production environments before being deployed in the live environments.
- Ensures all changes and enhancements are well documented utilizing best practices to ensure version control and standard naming conventions strategies are employed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven analytical expertise.
- 5+ years with responsibilities in HR or related function, Workday accreditation desired.
- Proven management & leadership capabilities and possess excellent analytical & problem-solving aptitude.
Base pay, $120,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
