Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer - Backend
Location: FULLY REMOTE! Must be located in PST/MST
Salary: $150-230k/year + 10% bonus!

What You'll Do:- Write clean, scalable, production-ready Python code
- Design and build new backend systems and features
- Lead initiatives across development, quality, infrastructure and data engineering
- Help shape our technical architecture
- Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering culture
What You'll Need:- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 5+ years Python
- Experience building distributed, scalable systems
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP
- Must be using AI to improve your code (as a hobby or professionally)
- Excellent communication skills
- BSCS or similar required
