Responsibilities
As a Project/Program Manager, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and delivery of our strategic projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading the end-to-end management of multiple projects and programmes across the organisation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitoring project performance, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Communicating project progress, milestones, and outcomes clearly and consistently to all relevant stakeholders.
• Fostering a collaborative and positive project environment that aligns with our company culture of going the extra mile.
• Driving continuous improvement by evaluating and refining project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated professional with a proven track record of success in project management. The successful candidate will possess:
• Significant proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably within the financial services or mortgage industry.
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2) and best practices. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a meticulous eye for detail.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a relentless approach to problem-solving.
• Superb organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software tools.
