Insight Global is seeking a (remote) Mainframe Systems Programmer, for a full-time tole with a healthtech subsidiary of a nationwide Healthcare organization. This role is specifically for the CICS/MQ team. This person will responsible for the design, development, and implementation of complex Mainframe components such as operating systems, software tools, and utilities. They will also lead teams in clearly defining, with the customer, complex requirements, deliverables and timeframes, and must be able to escalate issues and make recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience. Additionally, this person will be involved inroot/cause analysis efforts to identify and resolve problems impacting IT Infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years' experience as a CICS Systems Programmer
- Strong experience with CICS installation
- Understanding of SMP/e and SMF Records
- Experience with root-cause analysis processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Experience with MQ installation and support
