Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation or onboarding
• Strong client-facing skills with a focus on customer success
• Experience managing projects in a remote environment
• Familiarity with AI legal tech or document control preferred
• Ability to work well with technical resources in a non-coding role

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new clients
• Coordinate with clients to define project scope and timelines
• Manage project deliverables and ensure timely completion
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients during the onboarding period
