Remote HR Business PartnerWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work in the medical device / medical technology industry to support corporate functions during a period of growth and transformation. This role will partner closely with leaders across Finance, Legal, IT, and HR, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to support talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Support organizational change and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements across hiring, onboarding, and employee experience programs.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of HR experience.
- 3-5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting corporate functions (Finance, Legal, IT, HR, or similar).
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex organizations.
- Strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred), Microsoft Office, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred- Experience in large, global or Fortune 500 organizations
- Experience working in the medical device industry
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, build cross-functional partnerships, and deliver results quickly
