Remote HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work in the medical device / medical technology industry to support corporate functions during a period of growth and transformation. This role will partner closely with leaders across Finance, Legal, IT, and HR, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with business leaders to support talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Support organizational change and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvements across hiring, onboarding, and employee experience programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of HR experience.
  • 3-5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting corporate functions (Finance, Legal, IT, HR, or similar).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, complex organizations.
  • Strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred), Microsoft Office, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
