What You'll Do:- Lead the development of high-performance .NET applications tailored to mortgage workflows
- Architect and integrate Encompass API or EPC (Encompass Partner Connect) to streamline loan processing and data exchange
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to craft intuitive digital experiences for loan officers, processors, and borrowers
- Own the full software lifecycle: from ideation and coding to testing and launch
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance mission-critical systems
- Document solutions to share knowledge and ensure maintainability
What You Bring:- 3+ years of experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
- Real-world expertise in Encompass API or EPC integrations
- Deep understanding of mortgage origination and servicing platforms
- Strong command of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and scalable architecture
- Agile mindset, sharp problem-solving skills, and a love for clean code
