Create technical documentation frameworks for current State of Connecticut security systems and protocols
Support day-to-day operational policy and procedure writings to craft a single point of reference for security architecture across state agencies
Clearly and accurately document execution and implementation work for security architecture
Produce diagrams in Vizio for non-technical teams and resources to refer and digest

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in technical writing with a focus in cybersecurity, audit, and compliance architecture
Experience writing deep technical GRC run books and diagrams for both internal security organization and external stakeholder uses
Knowledge of diagram production within Microsoft suite (Vizio, Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience with both operational policy and program level documentation standards into narrative of user story

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background as a Business Analyst, supporting program level architecture support within cybersecurity field
AI/ML exposure to security systems
Higher level documentation writing experience
