4+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred

Responsibilities
Lead clinical assessments and act as the first point of contact for new families
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments via telehealth or in-person
Select and administer appropriate assessments to develop a comprehensive clinical picture
Design individualized, function-based treatment and behavior intervention plans
Determine and document clinical recommendations according to best practices
Communicate clinical findings clearly and compassionately to families
Guide families through the transition from assessment to ongoing ABA services
Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure smooth clinical handoffs

Full Job Description
This is a 100% remote position supporting our California region. Candidates must be located within the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Remote Role! Working from home, completing assessments without any in-person requirements
Holding a small caseload as needed is also required.
Base Pay: $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team also offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support, as needed.
Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives

What You'll Be Doing:

Determine and document level-of-care recommendations aligned with clinical best practices and payer requirements
Communicate clinical recommendations clearly and compassionately to families
Guide families through the assessment-to-services transition, supporting engagement until ongoing ABA services begin
Collaborate closely with Client Services, Clinical Directors, and regional leadership to ensure smooth clinical handoffs
Provide Flexible Clinical Support
Complete all required assessment reports and supporting documentation accurately and on time in CentralReach.
Enter initial programs and goals to support seamless transition to the assigned Case Supervisor
What We're Looking For:
