Remote Applications Support Engineer in Louisville, KY This is not a C2C opportunity.
SUMMARY The Applications Support Engineer will support the Contact Center in a healthcare organization and assist with the company's deployment and update efforts to Nice InContact Studio scripts across their US sites. This individual will be a secondary telecom engineer for the work on updating and implementing Studio scripts and convert pharmacies to NICE from RingCentral.
Duties to include: - Provides problem solving and implementation skills, and/or as a team member to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems.
- Receive the design changes from the project lead and be able to make the changes and script within CXone.
- Run user training so the employees understand the new system works.
- Strong prioritization, communication and project management skills are required to be successful in the role.
REQUIREMENTS - 1+ year experience with NiCE CXone Studio
- Experience converting systems from RingCentral to NiCE is desired
