Job Title: Key Account ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to lead and nurture relationships with key customers in the aerospace industry. This role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to capture new business opportunities and ensure profitable growth.
Responsibilities- Develop assigned key customer accounts and implement strategic marketing plans to capture new business opportunities.
- Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies for profitable growth and expansion.
- Contribute to product research and technology roadmap activities by capturing the Voice of Customers.
- Maintain general market awareness and monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to develop markets and achieve business objectives.
- Manage commercial and contractual issues with customers, ensuring compliance with budgets and sales plans.
- Coordinate sales administration activities and provide accurate demand forecasts.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual aspects with customers, in conjunction with other departments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
Essential Skills- Strong leadership skills and ability to build marketing and sales plans.
- Experience in complex aerospace systems.
- Proficiency in customer relations, sales, account management, and inside sales.
- Knowledge of aerospace electrical systems and Advanced Air Mobility customers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Adherence to safe work practices and contribution to health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Compliance with Trade and Export regulations.
- Flexibility to work extra hours during business peaks.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires up to 50% travel both domestically and internationally. Relocation assistance is available with a stipend. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, focusing on electrification and hybrid-electric propulsion for carbon-neutral aviation.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $80.00/hr.
