Pay: $85,000 To 110,000 plus company vehicle
This position is remote based with 60% travel to local businesses in your designated market.

Position Summary:

The Remarketing Relationship Manager, RRM, is responsible for managing an assigned territory comprised of Stellantis, Inc. franchise new car dealerships with the overarching goal of driving them to achieve targeted purchases of Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) returned lease vehicles in line with corporate objectives. The RRM will also develop and maintain relationships by interacting with dealership departments and SFS sales field staff to effectively educate and promote SFS lease maturity products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct effective strategies to achieve target objectives through franchise automobile dealerships.
  • Conduct training on Stellantis FS end-of-lease processes with dealership personnel to effectively maximize production.
  • Be the subject matter expert in driving dealer profitability, customer retention, and sourcing of quality vehicles for dealer's used car inventory.
  • Act as the primary product expert for dealers and field representatives on used vehicle operations and sales, including end-of-lease processes, OEM programs, and CPO strategies.
  • Maintains production by establishing relationships, through an analytical approach, with existing dealership personnel.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with each product internal staff to achieve desired volume and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Works closely with sales and servicing personnel to assist dealerships in resolving problems with lease maturity processes and lease vehicle purchases.
  • Frequently collaborates with the Director, Remarketing External Operations to keep them involved and informed of progress within the assigned territory.
  • Analyzes available data to identify challenges and trends within assigned territory.
  • Prepares weekly call itineraries and Action Plans as requested.
  • Actively participates in Sales Roundtable conference calls with Regional Team Members.
  • Attends additional ad hoc calls and meetings as required.
  • This position involves regular access to consumers' sensitive personal information including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

Required Experience:
  • 5+ years minimum of Auto Finance or Sales experience.
  • 5+ years minimum of previous Dealer Relationship Manager, or similar role, experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of collections or credit operations experience.


Education:

High school diploma or a general education degree (GED) required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams, articulate concepts to multiple audiences, present numerical data, communicate complex ideas and changes, and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must have a teamwork mentality to effectively collaborate with various departments across the organization.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with technology such as cell phones, email, chats, and video conferencing.
  • Display a high degree of tactful professionalism when approaching others to build commitments and overcome resistance.
  • Must be reliable and dependable when following through on commitments.
  • Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, develop realistic action plans, identify risks and opportunities, and plan/organize time efficiently.
  • Must be able to maintain a larger number of dealership prospects and existing customer base.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capabilities.


Additional Requirements
  • Overtime required - required on an as needed basis.
  • Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed/limited basis to conduct/meet the demands of their assigned dealer base.

Qualifications Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field is highly preferred!
  • Previous Captive or bank/finance experience is a PLUS!
  • Knowledge of dealership operations.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
