Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in mining operations (e.g., ore processing, crushing, grinding).
• Preferred training in MLT1, VCAT1, UT, NDT, or Thermography.
• Journeyperson certification or degree in engineering or a technical field is preferred.
• Familiarity with desktop software and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and social responsibility.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Audit and develop PM documentation with the Long-Range Planner.
• Guide execution team in using precision technologies (laser alignment, oil analysis).
• Research and implement best materials for maintenance elimination activities.
• Centralize equipment manuals and documentation for fixed assets.
• Ensure adherence to the site-wide fixed lubrication program.
• Conduct predictive diagnostic analysis and make recommendations.
• Complete vibration, thermography, and ultrasonic routes.
