Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant process systems or equipment operation/design.
• Strong supervisory experience with direct reports is required.
• Solid multi-project management skills and experience necessary.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven track record of driving change and achieving results preferred.
• Experience in managing multiple sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of Customer Reliability Engineers (CREs) to ensure fulfillment of customer contracts.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to reach reliability program goals.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform personnel functions, including selection, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Plan and manage departmental budgeting and expense forecasting processes.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and program improvement.
• Support the field organization with training materials and technical documentation.
