About the roleAs our Reliability Engineer, you'll be the guardian of uptime and performance. Your work will directly influence production efficiency, product quality, and operational safety. By identifying root causes of equipment failures, implementing preventive strategies, and optimizing maintenance plans, you'll help us achieve world-class reliability standards - ensuring our manufacturing lines run smoothly, our teams work safely, and our customers receive products they can trust.
Your responsibilities- Analyze equipment performance data to identify patterns, predict failures, and recommend proactive maintenance strategies.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for recurring equipment issues, using tools like 5 Whys and FMEA.
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs to extend asset life and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to design and execute equipment upgrades or process improvements.
- Create and maintain asset health dashboards using CMMS systems (SAP PM).
- Support capital projects by providing reliability input on equipment selection, design, and commissioning.
- Opportunity to manage a small team focused on execution of reliability tasks.
- Train operators and maintenance staff on best practices for equipment care and early fault detection.
The experience we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance engineering, or asset management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with reliability tools and methodologies (RCM, FMEA, MTBF/MTTR calculations).
- Experience with CMMS systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.

Salary RangeUSD $73,000.00 - $109,000.00
Pay TransparencyThe base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
