ResponsibilitiesDrive reliability qualification and production monitoring for optical communication products.
- Track qualification lots through reliability stress testing and manage milestone completion.
- Analyze reliability test results and generate insights to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to communicate qualification status and performance metrics.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with reliability analysis and best practice recommendations.
- Utilize statistical analysis and AI tools for data evaluation and tool development.
- Interface professionally with team members at all levels of the organization.
QualificationsMust-Have:- BS Degree in science or engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Materials Science, or related)
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product engineering
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
- Familiarity with SQL and statistical processing software (e.g., JMP/JSL, Minitab)
- Experience creating detailed reports and engineering documentation
Nice-To-Have:- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, or quality engineering
- 2+ years of familiarity with optical telecommunications terminology and test methodologies
- Knowledge of reliability testing methodologies and industry standards (e.g., Telcordia, JEDEC)
