About your role:As a Relationship Manager at Fiserv, you will lead the overall business relationship for a portfolio of clients within the financial services industry. You will work closely with client executives, internal sales support, product sales subject matter experts, marketing, and leadership teams to strengthen partnerships, support retention, and grow revenue. Your work will help drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business value.
What you'll do:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and act as a trusted resource for client operations, service needs, and relationship strategy.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships through contract renewals, consultative selling, and partnership with product sales subject matter experts to expand adoption of Fiserv solutions.
- Maintain day-to-day oversight of assigned accounts by monitoring business needs, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring consistent follow-through on commitments.
- Build strong relationships with executive and senior-level client stakeholders to understand business priorities, address concerns, and support long-term retention.
- Meet or exceed revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals through proactive account planning, contract negotiations, and ongoing client engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, banking operations, and relevant Fiserv solutions to align client needs with business opportunities.

Experience you'll need to have:- 6+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client-facing business development within the financial services, banking, or financial technology industry.
- 6+ years of experience working with senior leaders, including executive-level client stakeholders, to manage complex business relationships and support strategic account growth.
- Experience negotiating renewals, identifying revenue opportunities, and managing client retention activities within an assigned portfolio.
- Ability to communicate clearly through written, verbal, and presentation formats with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce or similar enterprise customer relationship management platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:- Experience managing and growing relationships with large, complex client organizations.
- Experience with Fiserv systems, products, or operating environments.
- Knowledge of host-based systems, financial data processing systems, or related banking technology platforms.
- Experience training clients or internal partners on processes, tools, or technical topics.
How you'll work:- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel: This role require frequent travel (25%+).
