What does a successful Relationship Manager of FI Network Relationships do at Fiserv?As a successful Relationship Manager of FI Network Relationships at Fiserv, will be responsible for supporting Stone Castle's sales team and supporting existing bank relationships. You will support banks and credit unions with Stone Castle's deposit network, which provides stable, low-cost wholesale funding and customized balance sheet liquidity solutions.
What you will do:- Support Senior Sales Executives
- Support and expand existing bank relationships
- Manage client funding expectations matching portfolio's supply and demand
- Maintain senior level engagement with CFO's, Treasurers, and ALCO decision makers to educate and support funding levels and price expectations
- Educate clients on interest rate movements, liquidity trends, and wholesale funding market environment
- Manage the bank relationships via the Salesforce CRM system
- Qualify prospects, assist existing clients' needs and assist with onboarding new bank relationships
- Assist with developing sales strategies and effectively interface regularly with bank executive levels
- Partner across the organization on sales strategy, marketing/messaging opportunities, lead development, and other client facing activities
What you will need to have:- 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture within payments or adjacent fintech, designing and selling complex, multi-component payment solutions to enterprise clients.
- Experience owning Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to produce technical and commercial documentation on deadline.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, integrations, data mappings, security controls, and implementation sequencing for payment platforms, gateways, or processors.
- Experience presenting complex technical solutions to executive (C-level) and technical audiences and influencing commercial decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:- Prior implementation, solution design, or pre-sales experience with payment platforms.
- Experience with cross-border payment flows, regional regulatory requirements, and regional payment schemes or settlement networks.
- Familiarity with modern observability, testing strategies for integrations, and building reusable playbooks, accelerators, or IP to scale solution delivery.
