Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type:     Full-time

Salary:             $75k - $90k per year + annual performance-based bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

The Relationship Management Partner is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with financial professionals while collaborating closely with Osaic leadership, the Advisor Engagement team, Relationship Leaders, internal business partners, and external channels.

This role plays a critical part in supporting both legacy (AG, SAI, Triad, AP, Osaic FA, Osaic FS, etc.) and current advisor populations by enhancing engagement, driving retention, and supporting growth initiatives.

The Relationship Management Partner will also help shape the future of advisor service by modernizing the client experience and delivering an elevated, consistent standard of care.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.  Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

Advisor Retention

  • Partner with internal teams and advisors to strengthen retention and demonstrate strategic value.
  • Identify retention risks and proactively build trust and credibility with financial professionals
  • Escalate high-risk issues and trends through appropriate channels
  • Leverage internal resources, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to resolve service and operational needs
  • Act as an advocate for financial professionals to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver seamless outcomes
  • Monitor and document “at-risk” advisors and engagement activities within Salesforce

Advisor Experience

  • Enhance the overall advisor experience by delivering tailored support, insights, and resources.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support implementation of firm initiatives and ensure seamless execution
  • Stay informed on current and upcoming initiatives; identify opportunities for enhancement and provide actionable feedback
  • Customize engagement strategies based on advisor needs, maximizing positive outcomes
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, Relationship Leaders, the Teams division, and advisors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal partners to drive an integrated advisor experience

Advisor Growth

  • Support growth initiatives by connecting advisors with resources, insights, and strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with Relationship Leaders to support post-transition integration and ongoing strategic alignment
  • Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations that drive advisor growth
  • Collaborate with Osaic partners (e.g., Premier Trust, Highland Capital, Ladenburg Trust) to expand service offerings and increase market share
  • Promote awareness and utilization of Osaic’s full suite of solutions to drive business growth

Senior Level Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members by providing guidance, coaching, and knowledge-sharing opportunities to support professional growth and performance.
  • Facilitate cross-training initiatives to enhance team versatility, ensure business continuity, and promote operational efficiency
  • Manage large and/or high-producing Financial Professional relationships by applying advanced expertise, independent judgment, and a higher-level service standard to drive exceptional client outcomes.
  • Take on committee assignments and project work to represent the team and contribute to organizational initiatives.

Basic Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated initiative with a proactive approach to driving tasks through to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage work across multiple systems and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and financial professionals
  • Experience supporting initiatives related to advisor experience, retention, and growth
  • FINRA series registration is a plus such as SIE, 6, 7, 63, 65 or 66
  • Examples of professional development courses include, but are not limited to, Toastmasters, Presentation Skills, and Communication Skills training.
