Full Job Description
Rehabilitation Director

Looking for something different in the therapy world?

What if you could lead an in-house rehabilitation team, shape the program rather than simply manage it, and help build a new approach to how therapy and nursing work together?

Eaton County Health & Rehabilitation Services, a 5-Star skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a Rehabilitation Director who wants to build, lead, innovate, and make a difference. Our therapists are hired directly by ECHRS, giving you the opportunity to develop your team, shape the culture, and truly make the program your own while being part of something larger.

This is more than a traditional therapy leadership role. The Rehabilitation Director leads Rehabilitation Services while cross-functionally co-leading rehabilitation care with Rehabilitation Nursing. We respect the unique expertise, licensure, and scope of practice each discipline brings, while intentionally breaking down the silos that can prevent us from seeing and caring for the whole person as One Team.

The Director will also play an important role in quality, functional outcomes, skilled services, and reimbursement, working collaboratively with Nursing and Reimbursement to support appropriate skilled length of stay, strong documentation, PDPM and GG processes, authorizations and appeals, and the skilled Medicare services our patients are entitled to receive.
