The Regulatory Program Manager is responsible for coordinating continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance across hospitals, emergency centers, community clinics, and corporate settings. The role acts as a primary expert and consultant, developing structures and processes to drive optimal compliance and competence.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for a healthcare or clinical degree.
- Experience: Requires three years in a healthcare setting and one year in project management, performance improvement, or change facilitation. Preferred experience includes regulatory/accreditation readiness and survey preparation.
- Certifications: Certified Professional in Health Care Quality is preferred.
