Full Job Description
The Regulatory Exam and Remediation Performance & Oversight position designs and maintains analytical solutions for regulatory exams, regulatory impacting audits, and reg impacting remediations for USCC businesses. Role is also responsible for developing and delivering reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions to enhance visibility and tracking of customer remediation activities. Execute routines and governance practices to strengthen oversight, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and support data-driven decision-making. Role is an individual contributor who should be very knowledgeable with US Customer Client Protection Regulations and Issue Management Life Cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, metrics, and analytical solutions that provide visibility into regulatory exam, audit, and remediation activities.
  • Design performance monitoring and tracking capabilities to support timely identification, escalation, and resolution of regulatory and remediation deliverables.
  • Enhance oversight of customer remediation programs through data analytics, reporting routines, and governance practices.
  • Execute recurring governance processes and performance routines to monitor execution against regulatory commitments, remediation plans, and associated milestones.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and emerging issues requiring management attention.
  • Partner with business, risk, compliance, audit, and remediation stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and management of regulatory initiatives.
  • Produce executive-level reporting and presentations that support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and oversight processes.
  • Support issue management activities, including monitoring issues through the full issue lifecycle from identification and remediation through validation and closure.
  • Maintain strong understanding of regulatory environments, governance expectations, and remediation practices to ensure oversight activities align with organizational standards.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytics solutions used for regulatory and remediation oversight.


Recommended Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in regulatory management framework.
  • Excellent knowledge of Citi products, risk processes and controls with good understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management framework.
  • Should have Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
  • Thorough knowledge of regulations and risk management infrastructure.
  • Experience working with diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines and capability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Proven relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across the business, executive leadership and key functional support areas like Legal, Compliance, Control, in-business Risk and Independent Risk.
  • Experience in compiling process and data quality metrics, analyzing results to clearly communicate data-driven analysis to senior management.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to work independently and deliver objectives on time with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI, SAS and SQL programming a plus
