Job DescriptionRegistered School Nurse (RN) - Full Time
Registered Nurse Salary Range: $52-$55 per hour
Registered Nurse Job Details: - Full-Time (Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm)
- Experience with basic school nursing is PREFERRED but not required
- General school nurse to serve 4 locations serving elementary to high school students
- Nurse would travel between the 4 locations as needed
Registered Nurse Qualifications: - Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain.)
Registered Nurse Responsibilities May Include: - Hearing and vision screenings, immunization reviews, and medication plans/oversight for students with diabetes, allergies, asthma, etc.
- Supporting and evaluating primary and secondary students with IEPs
- Communicating to the internal team on the content of records and summarizing benefits
- Attending some evaluation meetings held Monday through Friday
- Access to personal fax machine/copier/scanner for transmission of confidential documents
