SCHEDULE: Full-time/ 7am-7:30pm/ Three 12 hour shifts per week
FACILITY: Western Virginia Regional Jail
LOCATION: Salem, VA
PAY: Starting at $45.00/hr.
Position Summary As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you'll do more than care for patients-you'll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you'll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. Whether you're managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day.

You'll restore dignity, build trust, and change lives. What You'll Need - Active unrestricted RN license and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
