RN Nurse Manager - Assisted Living$90,000 + Quarterly Bonus

What You'll DoClinical Leadership & Resident Care- Lead and oversee clinical care for residents within your community.
- Conduct resident assessments and develop and maintain individualized service plans.
- Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate interventions.
- Provide clinical guidance to caregivers and other members of the care team.
- Promote resident safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and leadership.
Medication Oversight- Ensure safe and compliant medication management practices.
- Oversee medication administration and documentation.
- Monitor for medication discrepancies, changes, and potential concerns.
- Provide education and guidance to caregivers regarding medication-related responsibilities.
Team Leadership & Development- Lead, coach, and support caregivers in providing high-quality resident care.
- Provide training and education on clinical practices, resident needs, and best practices.
- Promote accountability while creating a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Help identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and quality of care.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for the community team.
Care Coordination- Partner with hospice, therapy providers, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate services and follow-up care to ensure residents receive comprehensive support.
- Communicate changes in resident condition and care needs to appropriate parties.
- Help ensure smooth transitions of care when residents are hospitalized, discharged, or receiving additional services.
Resident & Family Support- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately regarding resident health and care needs.
- Help families understand changes in condition, care plans, and available services.
- Advocate for residents and ensure their individual needs and preferences are respected.
What We're Looking For- Active RN license in good standing.
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior care, or a related clinical setting preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to lead, coach, and support a diverse care team.
- Passion for working with seniors, including individuals living with dementia.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
On-Call Structure - Predictable & SupportedWe know on-call expectations are important when considering a leadership position. At Suite Living, we've made significant changes to provide our RN Nurse Managers with a more predictable schedule. There is NO weekday on-call requirement. Suite Living now partners with a dedicated on-call service to provide coverage Monday through Friday, allowing our RN Nurse Managers to focus on their communities without the interruption of weekday after-hours calls.
Weekend Coverage- Approximately 1 weekend every 7 weeks.
- Cover from Saturday at 7:00am - Monday at 8:00am
- Phone-based clinical support; no routine on-site requirement.
- Weekend compensation: $500 stipend for each weekend covered.
- Start Monday half-day following your weekend on-call rotation working from 12:00pm - 4:30pm.
- No weekday on-call. Weekend rotation only.
- This means your on-call responsibility is limited, predictable, and compensated, while weekday evenings remain your own.
Compensation & Benefits- $90,000 annual base salary
