Schedule: Mid shift | 11am - 11pm | Full Time
Salary: $40.41 - $57.05 (per hour)
How you'll make an impact in this role- Facilitate patient movement across markets based on acuity, bed availability, and service requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate levels of care.
- Connect requesting physicians with specialty consultants and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Assist and maintain records with pre-registration, insurance verification, and overall care processes for process improvement purposes.
- Monitor status changes and relay pertinent medical reports to admitting physicians and nursing units.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Critical care experience, such as ED highly desired.
