Experienced Surgical Services RNs – Your Next Opportunity Starts Here

Up to a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for RNs with 2+ Years of Surgical Services or Acute Care Experience

$36.00–$49.16/hour

$432.00–$589.92 Gross per 12-Hour Shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime paid in accordance with applicable law)

Responsibilities

The OR Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, patient-centered perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical experience while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

  • Deliver perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to clinical changes.
  • Maintain a safe, sterile environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and support OR Technicians and ancillary staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement, staff education, and unit initiatives.
  • Promote efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1.     Current and valid state RN License.

2.     Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

3.     Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.

4.     Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.

5.     Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on the job training

6.     Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred

7.     Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
