Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) - Evening Shift

Facility: Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full Time | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Salary: $109,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist nursing leadership with daily clinical operations and ensure quality resident care
  • Supervise nursing staff and promote compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and support effective shift operations
  • Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident care and staff performance
  • Monitor medication administration and treatment procedures for accuracy and compliance
  • Participate in regulatory surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support care planning, resident assessments, and discharge coordination
  • Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace environment
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new residents and families
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct nursing care and clinical support as needed
  • Assist with staff evaluations and performance improvement efforts
