RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing team in one of our units and ensure the highest standard of resident care.
Your Role:- Oversee and manage daily operations of the unit
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver top-quality care
- Conduct daily audits and oversee admissions
- Act as liaison with families, physicians, and departments
- Investigate incidents, ensure follow-up, and promote compliance
- Participate in risk meetings, staff evaluations, and leadership discussions
What We're Looking For:- Current NY RN License
- Experience in Long-Term Care (prefered but not required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Prior supervisory and administrative experience
