Responsibilities
- The Supervisor of the Main Operating Room will support the Mission, Vision and Values of the UT Health Organization.
- This position is responsible for assisting in the organization and administration of clinical services within the Main Operating Room.
- They direct, supervise and function as a resource to all staff in the Main Operating Room alongside the OR Manager.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree, and Graduate of Accredited Nursing School
- One to two years of supervisory and staff management experience required
- Current Texas RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
