Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor ResponsibilitiesAs a
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise nursing staff during your assigned shift
- Oversee medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and resident care
- Conduct routine nursing rounds throughout the facility
- Mentor and educate nursing staff while promoting quality care
- Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
- Help maintain a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional resident care
