Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will lead and support the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity for a
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a difference in a long-term care setting.
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift
- Monitor medication administration, blood draws, and other aspects of resident care
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift
- Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families
- Ensure nursing staff follow local, state, and federal regulations
- Work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
- Other duties as assigned
