As a Registered Nurse on our Inpatient Rehabilitation team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve their highest level of function.

How you'll contribute - Deliver safe, patient-centered care that supports rehabilitation and recovery goals.
- Assess patient needs, implement appropriate interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Educate patients and families throughout their care journey and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and coordinate care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and quality assessments.
- Participate in team conferences and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a safe, respectful environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellent patient outcomes.

What we're looking forApplicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
- CRRN Preferred
