Pay Range:$35.50 - $53.25
Job Description Summary:The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN), a member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance community, provides high- quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.
We're Looking For:Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred. - Change
What You'll Do:As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location:The Interventional Pain Management Department specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions using advanced, minimally invasive procedures. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to improve patients' quality of life through evidence-based care, personalized treatment plans, and innovative pain management techniques. Services include spinal injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, neuromodulation therapies, and comprehensive patient education, with a focus on restoring function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term wellness.
