Qualifications

• Valid New York State RN License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
• Knowledge of standard precautions and PPE usage necessary
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Reliable transportation for patient care across locations

Responsibilities

• Administer androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and testosterone injections as per guidelines
• Perform bladder instillation and assist with PTNS treatments
• Conduct Foley and suprapubic catheter changes and associated care
• Assist with office procedures across pre, intra, and post-operative phases
• Conduct educational pre-operative and post-operative patient calls
• Manage provider inbox and ensure timely patient callbacks
• Support daily clinical operations and provider workflows
• Participate in staff training and orientation
• Document patient care and treatments in electronic medical records
