Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Unit ALexington, NCWhere You'll WorkAtrium Health Wake Forest Baptist - Lexington Medical Surgical & Telemetry (Unit A)Unit A is a 45-bed Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

We're Looking For- Graduate of a Board of Nursing-approved nursing program
- Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
What You'll Do- Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice-monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care to support optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes-promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
