We're Looking For- Graduate of a Board of Nursing-approved nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient nursing experience
- Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to adapt across multiple units
Preferred:- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
What You'll Do- Deliver safe, patient-centered critical care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice-monitoring complex patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care across multiple Med Surg settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units to drive optimal outcomes-promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and maintaining flexibility to meet patient care needs.
