The float pool department plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of patient care across the hospital by providing a versatile and adaptable workforce. Float pool nurses are not simply valued - they're invaluable, providing crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages including boarders in the emergency department, step down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock down psych, long-term care and many more. Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications: - Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
Pay Range: $ 47.73 - $ 89.59
