Full Job Description
Schedule: Full Time | 80 hrs./pay period | 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $36.00 - $42.00/hour (non-exempt) | Based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Vivie, you'll be at the heart of our community, leading clinical teams and delivering compassionate patient care while fostering meaningful connections. Whether supervising staff, coordinating complex care plans, or directly supporting patients and families, you'll play a key role in helping residents live each day with dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life.

What you'll do as a Nurse:

Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards
  • Implement and uphold clinical standards, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation.

Deliver Direct Patient Care
  • Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.

Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance
  • Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients.
