OverviewPresbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) Central Staffing Float Pool provides relief staffing resources to our care teams in our Care Centers, Assisted Living and Transitional Care communities and serves as an important part of our ministry serving older adults.
We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) that pride themselves in providing quality care and services to seniors in a variety of levels of care.
We are currently hiring on-call RNs who are available primarily for PM or NOC shifts.

- Earn a base rate based upon experience, shift differential for the PM and NOC as well as a float pool bonus of $60 per shift.
- The manager receives requests from our communities and your availability to build schedules about a pay period in advance. The schedules are subject to change based on the site's needs.
Weekend Requirement:
- Full Time Central Staffing employees are agreeing to work 2 weekend shifts per month (no every other weekend requirement).
- On Call Central Staffing employees are agreeing to work a minimum of 5 shifts a month including 1 weekend shift.
Responsibilities
The Central Staffing Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. As a Central Staffing RN you are relied upon for providing vital staffing support to our nursing care teams.
Qualifications
Pay RangeThe estimated starting pay range for this role is $39.25 - $43.00 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
