  • Full time - 3 12-hour shifts per week
  • Night shift - 7p-7a
  • Every third weekend schedule


Pay Range
$38.20 - $57.30

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible and qualifies for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements!

Where You Will Work:

Join our 24-bed Oncology Rehabilitation Unit on the 5th floor at Carolinas Rehabilitation Charlotte, where we provide specialized, interdisciplinary care to patients recovering from cancer-related conditions and complex medical needs. Our CARF-accredited program features private rooms, in-room dialysis capability, LVAD-trained staff, and robust support from an expert team including physiatrists, therapists, RNs, HCTs, social workers, and respiratory therapy and pharmacy. With strong clinical leadership, collaborative teamwork, and a focus on evidence-based oncology rehabilitation, our unit offers a rewarding environment for nurses passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association


What You'll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
