Registered Nurse (RN)

Join Attend Home Care as a Registered Nurse and be part of a team dedicated to delivering comfort, dignity, and compassionate care across Virginia. In this vital role, you'll empower clients to remain safe, supported, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse License in the state of Virginia
  • Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
  • Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
  • Reliable transportation


Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Start of Care (SOC) visits to evaluate medical, physical, and emotional needs and creating individualized care plans.
  • Performing regular reassessments to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Providing patient and family education on condition management, medication adherence, and preventive health measures.
  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Verginia Board of Nursing regulations and agency policies.
  • Supervising and supporting Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and other care team members.
