Where You Will Work:

Atrium Health Infectious Disease Cabarrus is looking for an Ambulatory RN to support Triage, do Care Coordination for our at home infusion patients and support our patients in the clinic.  This position is located at AH Cabarrus in the Medical Arts Building. This RN will work closely with all of our providers and other clinical support team.

We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Infectious Disease team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage patient care across multiple settings, including telephone triage, care coordination, and outpatient clinical support.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is preferred.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Ambulatory care, med-surg, home health, infectious disease, or care coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, triage, and patient education skills.
  • Experience managing chronic and complex patient populations is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

M-F 8:am – 5:00pm

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
