Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an approved nursing program; accredited nursing school graduate required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Two years of direct work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and infection control standards required.
• Competence in crisis intervention, medical emergencies, physical assessment, and psychiatric nursing care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and provide nursing assessments using approved protocols.
• Proficient in relevant computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audits and inquiries from outside agencies.
• Develop processes to enhance quality patient services and compliance.
• Consult with healthcare team members on patient care plans.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Identify and implement opportunities for performance improvement and measure their impact.
• Facilitate compliance and improve integration of standards in workflows.
• Document and report on quality improvement activities.
