Job Duties

PGH is currently hiring for evening/night shift rotations-12 hour night shifts are 7pm-7:30am, 8 hour shifts are 3pm-11:30 or 11p-7:30am.
Evening shift & Night shift 5 8 hour shifts are also available-3p-11:30pm & 11:00p-7:30am.

This is a unit-based position that supervises nursing staff on one of four treatment units. Responsibilities include participation in treatment team meetings, therapeutic program activities, and ensuring delivery of patient care according to the individual treatment plans. This position acts as the point of leadership for a team of health care professionals by guiding, coaching and evaluating staff.

Utilize nursing process with knowledge of pharmacology, psychiatric disorders and physical, psychological and social needs of the psychiatric patient. Skills in delegating nursing activities, skills in supervising, and counseling nursing employees. Demonstrates competency as defined on Competency Assessment

$4.00 Per hour Third Shift Weekday
$5.50 Per hour First Shift Weekend/First Shift Weekday Holiday
$6.00 Per hour Second Shift Weekend/Second Shift Weekday Holiday

Minimum Qualifications
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Virginia State Board of Registered Nursing License
