Summary:
Under moderate supervision, supports physicians in reviewing clinical documentation to manage each patient's care. Demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to manage patient care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Works in partnership with other staff members and proactively identifies and provides for the customer's needs using the "I CARE" principles. Supervises healthcare associates.
