We9re seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team. In this role, you9ll work alongside orthopedic surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teammates to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout the surgical experience.

What You9ll Do

As an OR RN, you9ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and seamless surgical experience by:
  • Circulating surgical cases in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic surgery center
  • Preparing operating rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies for scheduled procedures
  • Verifying patient identity, surgical site, and procedure in accordance with safety protocols
  • Serving as the patient9s advocate before, during, and after surgery
  • Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and the perioperative team
  • Anticipating the needs of the surgical team to promote efficient case flow
  • Monitoring patients throughout the intraoperative phase while maintaining safety and comfort
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assisting with inventory management and maintaining appropriate supply levels
  • Responding quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition or surgical needs

Compensation Range for this position:
$46.11 - $69.17

Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate9s qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
